晚餐一鍋煮之雪平鍋
健身後需要高熱量來補充體力,任性的來一份料比麵多的螺螄粉。螺狀元這款湯底是我比較喜歡的味道,味濃,不鹹,吃完不用狂喝水。一般都不敢放辣油,自己另外加辣椒醬。
介紹一個從某寶海運出來的吉川不銹鋼雪平鍋。常看日劇的都知道這是一個國民鍋,加熱快,內部獨特設計不噗鍋。而且鍋子本身表有計量,不用量杯就知道放多少水了。20cm的尺寸適合兩個人份。平常煮麵,燙菜,燜燒都好用。懶的洗碗的時候,可以直接端著鍋子吃。
