广东传统小吃---干炒牛河
所谓“北方人爱吃面,南方人爱吃粉”,所以作为广东人的我今天就做了一个《干炒牛河》!材料做法如下:
1)牛肉切片,用少许麻油、酱油、盐、五香粉、糖、料酒、生粉,腌10分钟以上(为了让牛肉更入味,我放冰箱腌了一晚上)
2)芽菜,葱段,韭菜(可以用韭黄)
(p.s. 以上材料量多量少随你喜欢)
3)热锅下油,将牛肉煮至7成熟,盛起待用
4)将芽菜、葱段、韭菜炒一炒,盛起待用
5)热锅下油放入河粉(我用的是浸泡了一晚的干粿条,因为这里没有河粉卖)
6)倒入酱油和蚝油(还是那句,量多量少随你)
7)倒入之前炒好的牛肉和芽菜、葱段、韭菜。
真的要说一句,灰常好吃😋
