【秀羊厨房】番茄牛尾汤
今晚做的番茄牛尾汤米线🍜 酸酸甜甜特别开胃。炖了6小时的牛尾肉也是入口即化,美哉!
成品如下👇
做法:
选一节大一些的牛尾,放入料酒,姜片,入锅。(巨龙料酒真的香,我买来就直接尝过)
开大火煮开,撇去浮沫,然后转到最小火,盖上盖子。这时候就可以来准备其他的啦~
洋葱一个,番茄三颗。洋葱切条,番茄切块。
Ps: 洋葱用冰箱冻一下,切的时候切块一点可以避免流泪噢。
热锅放黄油或者植物油,将洋葱煸香再倒入碗中备用。下面👇是炒好的紫洋葱。
蓝后呢,将就炒了洋葱的锅,将番茄放进去煸炒,放入亨氏番茄酱,增加蕃茄味。
煮烂如下程度,倒在洋葱上。备用。
接下来的4个小时,各位小仙女就可以不管它了,让牛尾在热水里翻滚。 翻滚吧!牛尾巴!

四小时以后,将锅中的姜片捞出,再把炒好的洋葱番茄倒入锅中,搅拌一下,放入适量食用盐,用勺子尝一尝味道。盖上盖子。

两小时后,成色如下👇
然后就可以把粉丝或者面条放进去煮了哦,一会儿就煮熟了,切点葱花,撒在上面,颜值就上去了~
