【Coey私人厨房】粟米紫菜虾卷
喜欢尝新菜式的我又来开课咯……个人非常喜欢吃紫菜,因为低卡而饱腹!不过你是不是还以为寿司紫菜只可以用来包寿司呢?那你就错了……这个卷吃起来有点像煎香了的虾饺(?),反正我第一次弄就喜欢上了!

切工不好请忽略....😓😓😓

300克虾肉碎(虾肉剁碎至起胶状态)➕80克粟米➕1/4茶匙盐➕1茶匙料酒➕1/8茶匙胡椒粉,同一方向搅拌至所以材料混合一起

腐皮!这个卷中重要的材料之一……一包里大概有5块腐皮

把腐皮拿出,上面放一块寿司紫菜,把腐皮剪出比紫菜大一点点的形状(多余的腐皮不要扔了,可以用来炒菜哟)

然后再铺上虾肉碎,像卷寿司一样卷起来(卷起来可能不会像卷寿司那样紧实,但是是正常的,毕竟虾肉碎没糯米那么有粘性)

隔水蒸10分钟

平底锅放油烧热,放腐皮卷煎至两面金黄(这个时候腐皮就会紧贴紫菜啦),再把腐皮卷切成小块就可以开吃咯!😋😋😋
