So easy川香辣烤鱼的做法
四步搞定:
1⃣️买了3磅的Tilapia(罗非鱼),洗净对半切开。鱼刺有点硬,切的时候小心~在鱼表面划几刀,加盐、料酒、生抽、白胡椒、姜丝,给鱼按摩一下,腌制40分钟。
2⃣️烤箱预热到450F,鱼烤30分钟,至鱼皮焦脆。
3⃣️烤鱼的同时,准备配菜。推荐:黑木耳、藕片、土豆片、笋片、金针菇、莴笋、西兰花、花菜、青椒、大白菜、青江菜都可以。
锅热油,加入王家渡烤鱼酱炒香,倒入配菜炒一会儿,加一点水让锅里的汤汁多一点,一会儿的烤鱼就靠这个酱汁啦~加点盐调味,配菜炒至5成熟出锅。
4⃣️30分钟后鱼烤好了,把炒好的配菜均匀铺在烤鱼上,酱汁浸透到鱼肉里。我放在烤盘上边加热边吃,感觉特别棒!
ps:吃完烤鱼剩下的酱汁能拌一碗面吃,也超香~
