冰涼涼的黑加侖桃子蘇打水
莫姊姊沒事愛在小廚房研究食譜,除了吃的也愛玩玩喝的。有酒精成份的我就先不介紹啦,一般用到的東西太繁瑣,平常住家不會配備那麼多。今天想要分享的是一分鐘就可以調好的小冷飲,配料就三種,一個杯子,一顆冰塊就好了。

-維他黑加侖葡萄汁🍇
-mogu mogu椰果飲料 桃子味🍑
-蘇打水 club soda,seltzer water都可以

我用的是一個典型的高玻璃杯highball glass,先放一顆大冰球,倒入黑加侖葡萄汁到三分之一的位置,再倒入mogu mogu到杯子的一半多一點點,最後把club soda加滿就好了。一杯漂亮的漸層色飲料就完成了。



果汁倒入的順序是有講究的喔,黑加侖最深色也屬於最重,所以倒在最底層。mogu相對就比較淺色也比較輕,可以混在中間。而蘇打水帶氣,最為輕,最後倒,如果不攪拌會一直浮著。

年紀大了後發現自己越來越不敢喝太甜的飲料了,可是不喝飲料又忍不住。所以只能變通,想點不一樣的搭配。蘇打水可以沖淡果汁的甜味,再加上裡面的弱鹼性可以中和人身體裡的酸性。養胃,可以緩解消化不良,平常可以多喝點。蘇打水本身是沒有味道的,就帶一點點鹹味,所以拿來沖果汁最好。
冰球的這個模具是我之前買來做水信玄饼的,不做的時候就拿來做冰球,還可以冰果汁,養樂多,好好利用。在eBay上搜ice ball maker就可以找到這個喔!
