嗜甜星人的巧克力科普
嗜甜星人都爱巧克力,以前贪恋甜腻腻的口感,最近偏爱苦味黑巧和海盐咸口儿,还有一直爱囤的生巧和松露巧克力~这里来波儿小科普~
首先众所周知的松露巧克力里面根本木有松露🤣之所以叫松露也是因为外形与法国有名的蕈类松露相似得名🍄🍫相较于一般巧克力的区别在于加入了淡奶油,所以质地更软更顺滑😋外表沾上可可粉,这样看起来就像沾满沙土的松露🧐入口先苦后甜,口感细腻香醇~
那些打着松露名字做为噱头还炒价格的Truffle Chocolate大家别上当啦🤣之前吃到少数零星的一些真正含有松露的Chocolate with Truffle会在包装上写清清楚楚也不会欺骗消费者,推荐牌子Urbani Tartufi,欧洲比较有代表性和口碑还有那句“All over the world, the word for truffles is Urbani”☕️🍫
还有超爱吃的生巧,Royce原味、宇治抹茶、季节限定香槟和柚子也是入冬了囤之又囤🍵☕️不过好多人也是容易弄混松露巧克力和生巧克力的口感🧐其实生巧就是日本人为了模仿松露巧克力而衍生和改变配方发明的~
两者的区别在于生巧并没有加热融化的步骤,直接煮沸奶油倒入巧克力中🥛而松露巧克力最大的特点是独特配方造就的23℃的超低融点入口丝丝滑滑🍶🍫
