【秀羊厨房】一学就会的麻辣烤鸡翅!
啦啦啦~我最喜欢吃鸡翅膀啦~
自己烤的敲好吃😋!分享给大家~
让我们一起愉快地撸鸡翅膀!
首先,当然是买鸡翅膀啦哈哈哈😄这些是三磅的鸡翅膀。我烤了两盘。
鸡翅膀洗净,浸泡去血水。
小刀在其表面划出三道杠,更容易进味!
撒上辣椒面。不得不提一下,这个川知味辣椒面特别棒!很香很好吃!无论是做熟油辣椒还是做烧烤,都很辣很香很好吃~
然后倒入适量料酒,盐,花椒面,少许胡椒粉,少许白糖,抓匀码味。
抓匀以后就放进冰箱。头天晚上做,第二天中午烤。刚好腌渍一夜,更进味。
第二天烤的时候,烤盘刷少许油。一个一个放进烤盘,看起来没什么辣椒,因为待会儿还会再刷一些。
烤箱预热220摄氏度 约430华氏。锡纸封住中层烤箱烤20分钟后,之后揭开盖子,👇把多余的水倒掉。
再刷一遍辣椒,多刷点孜然粉!
记住!给每一只鸡翅的正反面再刷一些蜂蜜!特别好吃!辣中带着微微的甜味,回味无穷。虽然有点麻烦,但味道真的棒!
刷好料以后,揭开盖子,上层250烤10分钟,把水分烤干,再把皮烤的紧致一些。
然后就可以出炉啦~嘻嘻~
原味的就很好吃啦!
还可以蘸酱吃,我蘸的honey muster超级好吃!
