钵钵鸡 你值得拥有
作为一个四川人,咋滴出了国才知道有钵钵鸡这么个小吃…传说是乐山开始的,其实就是冷锅串串儿。
家人有不能吃辣星人,所以用了藤椒。没放芝麻和油包的汤底就已经很够味儿了。放了一大堆食材到砂锅里开文火保温,30分钟就都已经入味儿了,肉食味道稍微欠一点点。结果放了藤椒,麻到整个身上的毛孔都张开那种,哈哈哈哈哈哈,结果不吃辣星人表示也不能吃麻。所以我一个人干掉了这一大盆。
这个调料一级棒,食材分开处理麻烦是麻烦,但是好吃还怕麻烦吗?

1.莴笋:必须是第一名?切粗长条煮开颜色变深就成,一分钟左右。
2. 白莲藕:白色的藕才是脆的哟!1-2分钟
3. 木耳:1分半钟
4. 鸡腿肉,筷子插入无血水
5. 鸭胗,多煮煮到筷子轻易插入
6. 土豆片,干净的黄皮儿最佳
