最喜欢的两个字是红豆
我真的是非常喜欢红豆了
甜甜的糯糯的
吃完心里满是雀跃
这款红豆是罐头包装的,但是一点罐头的味道都没有,也不是劣质的味道。是高压锅压出来的软软的糯糯的感觉,香甜可口,但是又不腻。最方便的是开盖即食,很方便。放在蛋挞上,奶茶里,冰粉里。都让人欲罢不能。还可以做豆包,真的太好吃了。
说到冰粉,冰粉里不可或缺的就是糍粑。好的糍粑配着黄豆粉,柔软中却带有嚼劲,清香中带着豆香。
糍粑做法:
1.糯米粉加分两次加温水,温水共计50克,加完一次用筷子先搅拌,在加剩下的温水,最后不烫手揉成光滑面团,面团完全不粘手的。
2.将面团搓成圆条状,上锅蒸10分钟左右
3.等蒸好的糍粑稍微凉一些的时候,切成三厘米左右的小球球
4.然后在黄豆粉里滚一圈就好啦
5.我在步骤一剩余的糯米粉里放了一些抹茶粉,一点点就够,出来的就是抹茶糍粑啦
然后放在冰粉里
加上刚刚的红豆
一碗冰粉就做好啦

主要介绍一下芝士奶盖的做法,炒鸡简单易做,一次可以做一大份,再也不用和外面的奶盖了,再也不用担心奶盖不够吃的问题了
cream cheese 35g + 奶油250g+盐1.5g+糖20g+牛奶16g加一起打发
奶盖就做好啦
最好用电动打蛋器打,因为手打真的会废掉的(不要问我怎么知道的lol)
