吃火锅烤肉的进阶版

四川人必备:德庄火锅底料,六婆干辣椒,口水族麻辣山泉鱼(但餐前小菜下酒菜都很优秀)

之前推荐过这个鱼,脆脆的居然!调味超级棒,甜辣非常开胃了!超爱吃,缺点是老断货。
烤肉的话记得开到最高档。升温比家里自带的electric stovetop range快不少。敲喜欢!

第一阶段:牛油热锅,只放椒盐煎着就很好吃。
第二阶段:寿喜烧,加入等比例酱油:糖:清酒调味
第三阶段:加水煮菜煮肉煮年糕煮豆腐
