辣炒年糕听起来就好吃,在亚米看到了这个套装内有年糕,韩式辣酱,还有鱼豆腐… 于是买了…
看了下营养表,钠含量很有点高,我的日常也不怎么吃这么高碳水和添加糖的食物… 所以我在思考我应该如何做…

准备把1/3年糕,1/3辣酱,豆腐,魔芋丝,鱼饼,鸡蛋放在一起
把食物捞出来 放碗里… 拿1/3包辣酱加热水 倒在食物上 完工~
