「滴,打卡第一天」饭后青汁打卡
Day 1
吃完饭来一杯乳酸菌青汁
混了一点活性碳青汁帮助吸附体内的垃圾 有点柠檬糖味
(其实是这个青汁我之前混了牛奶喝不下去浪费了一袋 千万别混牛奶里面,牛奶柠檬糖我受不了。只用水冲少点味道还可以的)
酸酸甜甜的
既能补充膳食纤维又好喝
就像在喝饮料一样~
