滴~打卡第五天
趁这两天减得快赶紧去健身房,一个小时有氧加上腹肌撕裂,感觉快累崩了
午餐和晚餐:鸡胸肉丸紫菜汤,低脂酸奶(这个酸奶真的超好喝而且卡路里还很低,强烈推荐!这样一杯我能喝一个星期,一整杯不过也才440卡,分到每天也就六七十卡)
今天掉了1.4磅~开心!继续保持,下130磅指日可待了!
