最近经常做红豆饮品.各种上瘾.女生一定要多吃红豆.对身体很好.补血补气.消肿
在家里做饮品材料也很简单.超级推荐instant pot.做红豆妥妥的👍🏻.昨晚用instant pot做了红豆放凉.今早煮了西米.这样就可以立马开吃!
红豆和西米亚洲超市都有.我的做法也很简单.
▪️把红豆洗干净放入pot中.水要超过红豆.我本来就是打算做红豆加牛奶的.所以水没有放太多.如果只想单纯的喝红豆汤.水可以再多放一些.我按的是bean模式.一会就煮很烂咯
▪️加入牛奶和黑糖.不喜欢黑糖的可以加冰糖.想加茶的也可以加点红茶.变成奶茶.
▪️想喝热的就可以趁热喝。我喜欢喝冰的我就放凉后放冰箱.冰的喝起来特别带劲儿!
▪️可以根据自己喜好加西米露.加芋圆.
