「食谱」快手早餐主食之鸡肉老干妈薄脆饼
给大家分享一个我最爱的早餐主食
小时候妈妈经常给我做馒头加老干妈加肉丝
自从我家蒸锅坏了,再也没有馒头吃了🤣🤣
自己琢磨了这个饼,又快又简单又好吃
适合不太会做饭又不想外食的上班族上学族
🌯原料(2人份)
Tortila 6张,鸡胸肉罐头5大块肉(不要肉汁),老干妈辣酱1小勺(不要油,用勺子🥄滤掉,不吃辣可以省略)
🌯工具
Tortila 饼机
叉子或勺子
披萨刀
🌯步骤
1. 鸡胸肉压碎,和老干妈混合
2. 加热饼机,放入一张饼,在每一块凹陷下去的位置均匀铺上肉酱混合物
3. 铺上另一张饼,盖上饼机的盖子,加热1-2分钟,到表面稍稍金黄
4. 取出用披萨刀按照纹路切开即可
🌯趁热吃饼皮酥脆,肉软嫩,加上万能老干妈,味道超级好
🌯慢慢饼皮会变软,口感稍减,但味道很好
