The terminology APPRECIATION PERIOD of Japanese snacks is different from shelf life. It is recommended tasting the snacks before appreciation period, however, passing the appreciation period does not necessarily mean they are expired. Decide carefully before your purchase if you have any concerns regarding the appreciation period.
AaronHouse's products are shipped directly to customers from Hokkaido, Tokyo, and other parts of Japan, After placing the order, it takes 5-7 business days to ship,and the average delivery time is about 5 business days. From April 27th to May 6th is Japan's Golden Week holiday, so shipments will experience delays!! (Hawaii/Alaska time is subject to change), and the tracking number can be tracked within 24-48 hours from the time the package is sent. Occasionally, the transportation time is delayed or the goods are seized by the US Customs and the loss is borne by the merchant, but the customer must provide evidence of random inspection by the customs. If there is a need to pay customs duties after spot checks, this risk shall be borne by the buyer. Please double-check your country's customs regulations. If your shipment is not delivered, or the tracking information shows that your shipment has been delivered by the carrier and you have not received it, or if you detect any damage to the product during transit, please contact customer service within 3 days and we will assist you with the carrier to locate the package or contact the claim. If the product is damaged, please inform us of the damage and provide photos of the damage to the outer box and the product.
