第一次做的【银耳红枣养身汤】
最近感觉要好好养生.
于是买了些银耳来炖点美容养颜的汤.
银耳是在亚米入的.
看评论说蛮不错的.所以就买了2包试试.
收到很大一包.每包里有5大朵.
真的比我手掌还要大呢.
我是用冷水泡发银耳一夜.
然后在往电饭锅里加红枣+枸杞+水.
用的是aroma电饭锅.
选择了【beans】.默认50分钟.
这款电高压锅也是非常好用.
不管煮饭煲汤还是甜品等等.
一键到位！
煮好以后👇锅盖还不能打开.
因为气压还在.要等15-20分钟后才可以哦
👆像这样那个银色小铁子沉下去了说明可以了！
不过我煮出来的效果感觉没有很成功.
出胶出的很少.但是还是有些胶.
某人说我的红枣放太多了.
一般2-3颗足够.

出锅后.加了些本地农场的蜂蜜.预防花粉过敏！
味道还不错.
别人说冬天加冰糖.夏天喝蜜.
