
It’s been a long time since I ate waffles. This morning, my family asked to eat waffles by name. It’s very easy to make.
The flavors can be varied. The more common ones are strawberry, blueberry, chocolate, and banana flavors. You can put these ingredients into the paste or on the surface of the waffle. It's not sweet enough to add maple syrup and frosting after it's done.
What makes this recipe different is the use of egg whites. Whip the egg whites to dry foam, and then mix them into the batter. The inner taste is relatively fluffy, but the surface tastes a little crunchy, which is very special.
Serves 2-3 people.

1 Cup All Purpose Flour/ All Purpose Flour
1/2 Tbsp baking powder / Baking Powder
1 Tbsp White Sugar/Sugar
1/4 tsp salt/salt
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon / Cinnamon
1 egg / egg
2 Tbsp melted butter / butter
1 cup milk / Milk
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract/ Vanilla Extract

1⃣️Mix all-purpose flour, baking powder, sugar, salt and cinnamon in a bowl.
2⃣️In another bowl, whisk together egg yolks, melted butter, milk and vanilla extract. After mixing, pour the mixture back into the flour until well mixed.
3⃣️In a small bowl, whisk the egg whites until foamy, then stir the egg whites into the batter without over-mixing.
