爱吃又想瘦的当然是五香毛豆啦！
让我这个东北妹子来教大家如何用Costco的有机毛豆做出正宗东北大排档味道的五香毛豆吧！好吃健康不长胖！补充蛋白质！
首先这个毛豆在Costco都有卖，真的是物美价廉，不到十刀一大袋！里面贴心的分成好几小袋非常方便。在冷冻区。
我们家的吃法就是五香毛豆。做法其实很简单，首先准备五香调料，我用的是花椒、八角、桂皮、香叶、葱段、姜片。仔细数数是“六香”了。
凉水下锅加入所有调料煮开，烧开后稍微煮一会让香料味出来，然后加盐，要多一些。顺便说一下，亚米这个大红袍花椒真的不错，是国内的花椒味道，每次在这边买的味道都不好。
然后放入冷冻的毛豆煮，煮3-5分钟就好，千万时间不要太长，那样太面了口感不好。注意煮好后也不要立刻捞出来，要在里面泡一会更入味，注意要开盖泡，不要焖。当然缺点就是泡完颜色没有那么翠绿好看，但是味道非常好！
看见有个别的稍微有点开口了也就是煮好了，就赶快关火，如果都煮开了就时间太长了。
真的一个接一个停不下来！完全就是以前在国内小店吃的味道！又好吃又瘦就是它啦！
