今天分享两款超好吃的火锅锅底!

有适合不爱吃辣党的浓郁番茄锅🍅

做法如下👇🏻

准备 两勺猪油 三颗鸡蛋🥚 一片姜 一壶热水

先把猪油放进锅里化开然后打入鸡蛋🥚

一直煎到鸡蛋🥚边缘变得焦焦脆脆的程度

放入姜片再加入一壶烧好的热水盖盖焖5分钟

煮好的高汤放凉后撇去最上层的浮油即可~

这个真的太好吃啦喜欢大肠的朋友做起来!

还有实名安利“名扬”的牛油火锅底料啊啊啊!

我个人是非常喜欢牛油锅底的去火锅店必点!

不过一般市面上卖的火锅底料都是清油锅底

直到我遇见了名扬!!🤣此生不换锅底了!

家里人不是特别会吃辣我就放了3/1的底料~

味道不麻辣度不刺激重点是真的巨香啊好吃!

而且没有太多的渣吃起来就比较舒服强推!!

有些火锅底料不香花椒多渣多就特别不喜欢🙅🏻‍♀️

排骨切块泡水时不时换水直至血水干净

然后沥干水份备用大肠处理干净后切小块

烧水倒料酒放几片生姜五香粉大肠煮1小时

葱段 大蒜🧄 花椒 八角 桂皮 草果 香叶

热锅倒油先把以上配料炒香倒入排骨和大肠

翻炒至排骨变色再放入底料炒化开后倒高汤!

番茄两颗 蒜蓉适量 葱段适量 番茄锅底料

番茄锅底料任何牌子的都可以的!!

两颗番茄切十字泡热水然后去皮切小丁~

热锅下油放蒜蓉炒香然后放入切好的番茄丁

再倒入少许番茄酱继续炒至番茄软烂出汁

最后倒入番茄锅底料炒一炒加高汤就👌🏻啦!
