It can be stir-fried or noodle soup , which is very convenient .If you use it to stir-fry ,just soak in cold water ,Be sure to soak it in cold water! Hot water will make noodles too soggy~and do not stir-fried too long~~If you cook noddle soup ,you can soak it water or directly.they are both good.
