Tea Mushroom Soup
Ingredients: carrots, corn, yam slices, red dates, blanched pork bones, tea tree mushrooms (Yami bought them, and also bought a cordyceps flower and another soup)

茶树菇老火汤
材料:胡萝卜,玉米,淮山片,红枣,焯水猪骨,茶树菇(亚米购入,还一起买了虫草花另外煲一款汤)
茶树菇要是不喜欢味道浓郁的,一次加1/3袋就好了,不然就是半袋,稍微剪掉一下根部洗一洗就好了
猪骨也可以换成一只鸡
这大概是4至5人,一人一大碗的份量吧
全部材料放进去,加入3000毫升的水
大火煮开转中小火1.5-2小时
发现冰箱里还有胡萝卜就一起加进去了
这是煮了一个小时的状态
两小时后颜色更浓,味道更香
半勺盐巴,盛起来很吧
