# BlackFriYay! # I like to add dried soybean tofu into hotpot, thus a must have for cold season. I have tried to buy those more expensive fresh soybean tofu instead, but I don't like the texture after cooking. This dried version has a more chewy texture which I prefer. Ps: this brand is the best!
