二号种子——好欢螺


好欢螺家的螺蛳粉包装蛮高多彩的,给人看起来就感觉份量十足。各个料包的画风也萌萌哒,背后还有相关的介绍,等待煮粉的同时可以顺便阅读一下来涨姿势。

因为汤料包是液态的,所以一放下去汤底就成这个样子了。汤的味道浓郁却不腻口,酸辣鲜香,有股诱人的卤香。

就着热气,撒料,上桌!木耳和金针菜是不用煮了,炸腐竹的酥脆可口,不过花生米比起寄杨轩就略逊一筹了。看了看汤水和米粉的比例,果然米粉的份量是精小了些,不过也丝毫不影响螺蛳粉的口感。



三号种子--壹城人家

壹城人家的包装也是中国风满满,这是几年前的版本了。现在改版之后各个方面都提升了不少。

真材实料的汤料包里是有螺肉的,味道很赞!而干木耳同样也需要烹煮哦。

这家螺蛳粉总体还不错,但是但是但是...炸腐竹结成一团打死都不分开和花生米的口感味道很奇怪真的是不能忍啊!


四号种子--螺霸王

说到【螺霸王】家的螺蛳粉,似乎有超多个版本的,之前吃过的一个版本是含鹌鹑蛋的中国红包装。包装都是那么靓丽耀眼(番茄炒蛋色系嘛)

米粉很容易熟,要把控好时间。等米粉吸饱水分之后,才发现这种粉儿比其他牌子的都要细小,但量真的没的说,导致最后吃不完了。可不要看这汤底清清淡淡的,实际上香味挺浓厚的,尝一口就立刻醒神了!

 味道可以,如果配料能大方些加加量就蛮好的,你懂那种配料是零零碎碎的夹不起来的感受吗哭...



五号种子--柳全

柳全的螺蛳粉也有几个版本,这个是桶装方便粉系列的。包装还算过得去吧。

速食型的米粉,真的又细又容易煮熟。因此一定要煮第一遍之后过一遍冷水,再加入沸水。这样既能去米粉原有的怪味,又能使其口感更爽口弹牙。(虽然到最后感觉跟平时吃的细米粉口感和味道都没差,是吃过的最细小的螺蛳米粉了。这才是饕客精神哇!!!)浓缩了精华的汤料包,乍眼一看,有种妖艳的即视感啊,看久了会迷魂似的。

说这螺蛳粉,少一样配料都不算是碗好粉了,何况那作为灵魂配料的酸笋味儿特别奇特,和整碗螺蛳粉显得格格不入,还好有自制的配料抢救一下,否则这碗粉真的要报废了。
