[Fried Chicken Kitchen] Easy Meal - Fried Winter Melon with Pork Belly

Join in the fun of Yami's fifth anniversary and make a "five" related dish - fried winter melon with pork belly (actually it doesn't matter hahahaha)



Materials: a piece of winter melon, pork belly slices (too lazy to cut the meat slices for hot pot directly hahaha), onion ginger garlic, cooking wine, soy sauce, sugar, salt, water starch.

There is really no requirement for the amount of winter melon and pork belly. Hey, cooking is not baking. If you like meat, you can add more pork belly. Got about two-fifths of the box.



The first part, of course, is to prepare the vegetables, cut the pork belly and wax gourd into thin slices (you don’t need to simmer for a long time if you like it delicious, of course, if you like thick ones, just cut them thicker, don’t worry about it haha), mince the onion, ginger and garlic.

Pour oil into the pot, add minced ginger and minced garlic and stir until fragrant

Pour in the pork belly and stir-fry until it breaks, pour a little cooking wine to remove the fishy smell, then add soy sauce and sugar to give it a little color.

Add the wax gourd slices, stir fry, add a little water, add salt and cover the pot and simmer

When it’s almost ready, add chopped green onion and simmer again (add winter melon and then sprinkle it on top and simmer, it’s delicious when chopped green onion is cooked, and the scallion flavor is stronger)

Pour in a little water and starch and collect the juice over high heat, and you're ready to serve!

【炸鸡厨房】简易下饭菜—五花肉炒冬瓜

凑个亚米五周年的热闹,来做一个"五"相关的料理—五花肉炒冬瓜(其实并没有什么关系哈哈哈哈)



材料:冬瓜一块,五花肉片(懒得切直接买涮火锅的肉片哈哈哈),葱姜蒜,料酒,酱油,糖,盐,水淀粉 。

冬瓜和五花肉的量真的没啥要求,嗨做菜嘛又不是做烘焙,爱吃肉就多点五花肉,不爱吃就少放点提味就够了,我用了这盒大约五分之二。



第一部当然是备菜,五花肉冬瓜切薄片(好入味不用焖很久,当然你喜欢吃厚的就切厚一点吧不讲究哈哈),葱姜蒜切末。

锅里倒油加入姜末蒜末煸香

倒入五花肉翻炒到断生,倒一点料酒去腥,再加入酱油和糖稍微上一点色。

加入冬瓜片翻炒一下,再加一点清水,加盐盖锅焖煮

快好的时候加入葱花再焖一下(加冬瓜之后撒上面焖也可以,葱花熟的才好吃,葱香味浓一点)

倒入一点水淀粉大火收汁就可以出锅啦!
