1.Milk🍼 300ML

2. Matcha Powder 15ML

3. White Sugar 20ML

做法很简单：

1.牛奶🍼 300ML

2.抹茶粉 15ML

3.白砂糖 20ML

如果没有量勺的话 平时喝汤的汤匙大概就是15ml啦 减肥的宝宝可以适量减少一点白砂糖，这样就不用怕摄入太多糖分啦

没有Blender也可以用水壶摇 使劲摇匀就好了 用Blender的话会比较没有粉末感
