Because I was so happy when I got it, I didn't take pictures of the box. It was wrapped with two or three layers of foam paper inside and out. I have to say off-topic that Yami's package is really getting better and better.

Actually, the first thing I felt after I opened it was how the rice cooker is so small. I really saw my big rice cooker a lot. Haha.

Accessories include instructions, power cord, rice scoop, steaming rack, and a measuring cup. In fact, it is a very simple basic accessory, and it looks like a very good kitchen utensil.

Have you noticed, this rice cooker has a handle. It is because it is small that it is convenient to carry, and with a handle, you can enjoy delicious food anytime, anywhere.

Because it is a pressure rice cooker, it must have an exhaust port. This one is placed in the middle to close the exhaust port, and the left and right are deflated, one is larger and the other is smaller, but there is no big difference in actual use, because when you want to exhaust, you usually let the air out in one breath. The lid can be opened. .

The liner on the inside has a golden non-stick coating that looks beautiful and has scales inside and out. It should be that the left CUP is the number of cups of rice, and the right is the water level of water. Generally speaking, 1.2:1 of rice and water is the best.

*Usually serving rice or scooping things is gentle on this little cutie, don't scratch with a latte spoon, the coating generally has a long life haha.

I have to say that this removable lid is great, because I cooked several dishes with strong flavors during the evaluation, which can be removed and washed one by one when cleaning. Helps a lot, it's super easy to clean when you take it apart and wash it separately. If you cook something with a heavy taste, such as tea eggs, it is best to remove it for washing, because there will be some residues in the compartment.


A big selling point of this rice cooker is that Digital display, although the screen is not big and can only display the time, it is still much more convenient than the general rice cooker that only cooks rice and boils water.
The operation is also very simple. According to different types of rice and vegetables, an appropriate time will be automatically set, and you can also adjust the time yourself (but I only used the white rice key this time). The best thing is that this rice cooker can delay cooking. Press the delay tiimer to go back half an hour, up to 15 hours! Sometimes when the rough door wants to go home, or want to eat a hot meal the next morning, you can use this.

The following is a part of the description of the display screen. The 05 in the back is the time after cooking the white rice. The front will keep turning during heating, and it will display "PP: 05" in Figure 2 when the steam is on. Fried Chicken Kitchen 1: Corn Cooking Rice

With a rice cooker, how can you not be a staple food? Sometimes when you get tired of eating white rice, you can try adding a piece of corn to adjust the taste. Moreover, corn is a coarse grain with very high vitamin content. Eating more is really good for the body.

Ingredients are very simple, just two cups of rice, 1-2 stalks of corn (you can add more if you like), and a small piece of butter (if you don’t have it, don’t add it), I don’t have butter because I’m not at home, before Made it with butter and it tastes even better!

The practice is simpler, add water to the rice, and the water is a little less than usual, about 1:1 is fine. Break the corn in half, use a knife to cut the corn kernels along the corn cobs, don't waste the remaining corn cobs, put them on top of the rice and cook together.

You can use normal white rice, and it will be cooked in five minutes on SAIC. Toss a small piece of butter when out of the pot, take out the corn on the cob, stir well and you’re ready to go! This is because of the addition of corn, so two cups of rice cook a lot, and you can eat about three or four meals.

Fried Chicken Kitchen 2: Deluxe One Tomato Rice
The second one is a tomato rice from the internet celebrity, which I think is the laziest cooking here. Really do not need to cook, the main food and side dishes are served in one pot. The point is that the collocation is very casual and not easy to step on thunder, it can solve the leftovers at home, and it is super super delicious!
Ingredients (I sort according to the matching index I think): tomatoes, corn, sausages, eggs, edamame and cauliflower stalks (hahaha cauliflower stalks are the leftovers from my boiled cauliflower, add some to the rice Fragrant, in fact, it is very suitable and super nutritious, but because everyone does not eat it, I put it at the end). In fact, it is very convenient to add carrots, green beans, mushrooms, chopped hot dogs, etc. I personally recommend not to use cucumbers. I feel that the taste of cucumbers and rice do not mix well, whether it is fried rice or risotto. It is not very good.

If you like the texture of Italian risotto, you can add a little more. I prefer to be dry. Add some salt, pepper, olive oil, and press the cook button for white rice! Materials: It is also very random, a cup of rice and a potato. If nothing else, just add potatoes and add a bit of meat to add to its savory level. Here I highly recommend sausages with smoky flavors. This time I added crispy pork sausages from Japan, which are delicious enough to go around in circles.

In addition to the vegetables, prepare bean paste, garlic and green onions. There is really no bean paste that can be used with Laoganma and it is delicious, but it tastes like Laoganma, you know hahaha.

Fried Chicken Kitchen 4: Rice Cooker Version with Honey Sauce

With the staple food, how can there be no meat! As a Guangzhou native, of course, my first step is Amway Honey Sauce Char Siew. Don't worry if you don't have an oven at home, I'm just carrying a rice cooker to save your fried chicken superman!

Ingredients I like to use plum or tenderloin. The plum flesh is more fragrant and the tenderloin is thinner. Cut the meat into large pieces, not too thick, pat loose with the back of the knife and then add barbecued pork sauce, cooking wine, honey, soy sauce, and oyster sauce for marinating. For boiled tea eggs, I had to buy ready-made tea egg braised buns because I didn’t have all the ingredients, and seasoned with light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, salt and a little chicken powder. A meal without dessert is not perfect, so you must be able to make dessert in one pot!

Ingredients: 70g white sugar, 100g low-gluten flour, 4 eggs, 50g milk, 50g vegetable oil, a few drops of white vinegar or lemon juice.

1) Separate the egg whites from the yolks and add the egg whites to a bowl without water and oil. Beat the yolks with egg whip.
2) Add milk and beat up; add two tablespoons of white sugar and beat up; add vegetable oil and stir until water and oil are mixed.

You can poke it with a toothpick to confirm whether it is cooked. Compared with other rice cooker cakes, this pot does not leak steam, so it does not need to be covered with a wet rag.

I don't have any oil on this one, and it can be demolded perfectly!
I cut it and added salad dressing and meat floss to make a meat floss layer cake. The combination of cake and meat floss is perfect~

【炸鸡福利社测评】AROMA多功能数显电饭锅:一锅在手,三餐我有!

这次我要测评的是: 美国AROMA 多功能数显电饭煲电压力锅 8杯熟米容量

其实炸鸡家里厨具还蛮多的,但是之前为了买带大蒸锅的电饭煲,所以买了个超级大的可以一次煮出20杯熟米的电饭煲。虽然可以蒸馒头了,对于平时都是一两个人吃饭的我来说一次要煮太多米了(只煮1,2杯生米的话会粘锅)。这次看到福利社的测评毫不犹豫申请了这款小的电饭煲。

因为以前没有抽到过测评所以并不知道正确的写测评姿势,希望这篇文章足够吸引大家坚持看到最后。如果有什么不足的地方希望大家可以指正,爱你们!


开箱


因为拿到的时候太开心了就没拍箱子,里面里里外外裹了两三层泡沫纸,不得不题外话地夸一下亚米现在的包裹真的是越来越棒了。

其实收到打开之后第一感觉是电饭煲怎么这么小哇,果然是平时看我的大电饭煲看多了哈哈。

配件包括说明书,电源线,饭勺,蒸架,和一个量杯。其实就是很简单的基本配件,看起来就是一个很好上手的厨具。

大家发现了没有,这个电饭煲有一个提手喔。就是因为它很小巧所以方便携带,配一个提手让你随时随地都可以享受美味。

因为是压力电饭煲,所以肯定有排气口。这个放在中间是关闭排气口,左右都是放气,一个大一点一个小一点,但是实际使用起来没有很大的区别,因为要排气的时候一般都是一口气把气放完就可以打开盖子了。。

里面的内胆有金色的不粘涂层,看着很漂亮,里面和外面都有刻度。应该是左边CUP是米的杯数,右边是加水的水位。一般来说米和水 1.2:1是最好的。

*平时盛饭或者舀东西对这个小可爱温柔一些,不要拿铁勺子划,涂层一般都是有寿命的哈哈。

不得不夸一下这个盖子是可拆卸的设计这个太好了,因为我测评的时候煮了几种味道比较大的菜,清洗的时候可以拆卸下来一个个洗帮了很大的忙,拆下来分开洗就超级容易清洗干净了。如果煮了比较重口味的东西,比如茶叶蛋之类的最好拆下来洗,因为隔层里面会有一些残留。


这个电饭煲的一个很大的卖点就是 数码显示屏,虽然屏幕不大只能显示时间,但是比起只有煮饭和烧水的一般电饭锅来说还是方便了很多。
操作也很简单,根据不同的米和菜的种类会自动设一个合适的时间,你也可以自己调整时间(不过我这次做的都只用了white rice的键)。最棒的是这个电饭煲可以延时煮饭,按下delay tiimer就往后半个小时,最长可以达到15个小时哦!有时候粗门想回家的时候,或者想第二天早上起来吃上热腾腾的饭都可以用这个。

下面是显示屏的部分说明,后面的05是煮white rice上汽之后的时间,前面在加热时会不停的转动,直到上汽了就会显示图2的“PP:05”这就表示国内已经有上汽开始压了,等煮好的时候它会发出声音提醒你,完全不用在旁边看表等着。


好了我说了这么多这些优点,我要说一个比较鸡肋的配件,就是这个 蒸架。明明页面介绍说可以一边煮饭上面一边蒸菜,可是实际用了之后才知道,这个根本不能实现啊!
首先是这个蒸架很矮,基本就只能加一点水,不然就要飘起来了,其次,能放进去并轻易拿出来的碗绝对都很小,稍微大一点的都能难取出来,这个蒸的设计失去了实用性。

我尝试着用一个鸡蛋做了个鸡蛋羹,效果很普通,拿了一个很小的碗都费了半天劲才弄出来。鸡蛋羹味道还是不错的。记得鸡蛋液一定要过滤喔,不然蒸出来的就不会均匀。




炸鸡厨房1:玉米炊饭

有了电饭锅怎么可以不做主食呢?有时候吃腻了白米饭,可以试着加一根玉米来调剂一下口味哦,而且玉米这种粗粮维生素含量非常高,多吃对身体真的很好。

材料很简单,就是两杯米,1-2根玉米(喜欢就多加点),一小块黄油(没有可不加),我因为不在家里所以没有黄油,之前做过加了黄油的,味道更香!

做法更简单,米饭加水,水比平时稍微少一点,1:1左右是可以的。把玉米掰成两半,用刀沿着玉米棒把玉米粒切下来,剩下的玉米棒不要浪费了,摆在米饭上面一起煮。

用正常的white rice就可以了,上汽五分钟就煮好啦。出锅的时候扔一小块黄油,把玉米棒拿出来,搅拌均匀就可以开动啦!这个因为加了玉米,所以两杯米煮出来的量很多,可以吃三四顿左右。

盛完饭之后的电饭锅~基本不用洗洁精,用洗碗布轻轻一刷就干净了。



炸鸡厨房2:豪华版一颗番茄饭
第二个就是网红的一颗番茄饭啦,这个是我认为这里面最最懒人料理的。真正做到不用起锅,主食配菜一锅出。 重点是搭配十分随意不容易踩雷,可以解决家里的剩菜,而且超级超级好吃!
材料(我按照自己认为的搭配指数排序):番茄,玉米,腊肠,鸡蛋,毛豆和花菜梗(哈哈哈花菜梗就是我煮花菜剩下的啦,加到饭里带点清香,其实很搭而且超级营养,但是因为大家不是都吃的我就放在最后了)。其实加胡萝卜,青豆,蘑菇,热狗切碎之类的都很方便,黄瓜我个人建议就不要了,觉得黄瓜跟米饭味道不太融合,不管是炒饭还是烩饭都不是很搭。
方法就是全!部!扔!进!去!,水要少一点,因为番茄,玉米这些都会出水分的,如果你喜欢意式烩饭那种口感的话也可以多加一点,我是比较喜欢干一些的。加点盐,胡椒,橄榄油,按下white rice的煮饭键就可以啦!煮好之后如果觉得味道太淡可以稍微喷点酱油,我觉得酱油是点睛之笔呢






炸鸡厨房3:电饭锅版土豆焖饭 (色香味俱全,重口味的最爱!)

土豆焖饭是我最爱主食之一,前几天在知乎看到土豆被很多知乎网友认证为最平淡无奇但是做出来却美味无比的食物,无论怎么做都是美味!

材料:同样是十分随意,一杯米,一颗土豆。要是没有别的只加土豆就够了,加点肉类会增添它的美味程度。在这里我很推荐加有烟熏口味的香肠,我这次是加的日本产的脆皮猪肉肠,好吃到原地转圈圈。

除了菜之外还要准备豆瓣酱,蒜,葱。实在没有豆瓣酱可以用老干妈也很好吃,只是做出来就是老干妈的味道,你懂的哈哈哈。

过程:先把米饭用正常煮饭的水量泡上之后,开始炒土豆,油锅下蒜片,稍微炒一下之后加入土豆翻炒一下加入别的配料,加豆瓣酱,再加点生抽和老抽调味以及上色,我觉得够咸了不太需要加盐。不需要炒太久,都裹上酱之后盖在米饭上面,同样按下white rice的键,五分钟轻松搞定!煮好之后加入葱花,搅拌均匀盖锅再焖个一两分钟,就可以吃啦!

这个比起一个番茄饭还有一个优势,因为加了土豆所以这个做出来更顶饱,可以多吃一顿哈哈哈。


炸鸡厨房4:电饭锅版蜜汁叉烧

有了主食怎么可以没有肉呢!作为广州人我当然第一步安利蜜汁叉烧。家里没有烤箱的小伙伴也不要担心,我就是拎着电饭锅来拯救你们的炸鸡超人啦!

材料我喜欢用梅花肉或者里脊肉,梅花肉比较香然后里脊比较瘦。肉切大片,不要太厚,用刀背拍松之后加入叉烧酱,料酒,蜂蜜,生抽,蚝油进行腌制。要隔夜或者24小时最好,才能入味,这里的猪肉味道比较大所以光加叉烧酱是不够的。

做法:腌好之后锅底抹一层油,把肉摆入电饭锅里贴着锅底,腌肉的汁留着做sauce,盖锅按white rice键煮五分钟之后开盖翻面接着煮五分钟。喜欢焦香的,翻面的时候可以把多出来的肉汁舀出来,这样会做出煎出来的效果,不过不要一点都不剩,我就是汁少了最后稍微有点太焦。

倒出来的汁留着,加到sauce pan里面烧一下,加点蚝油和水淀粉收汁之后倒在叉烧上面,更有滋味哦!







炸鸡厨房5:电饭锅茶叶蛋(电饭锅版无水煮鸡蛋的方法)

一锅就能做好的茶叶蛋你们心动么?都不用起锅烧水就可以做好哦~

首先煮鸡蛋只需要拿两张厨房纸沾水之后垫在锅底,上面放上鸡蛋,用煮饭键就可以做好啦。我这次做的时候忘记是压力锅所以有的鸡蛋会裂开,所以如果想要完整的白煮蛋可以上汽之后改成保温键等十分钟一样可以做好啦!不过做茶叶蛋的话裂痕什么的完全无所谓,反正也要敲碎的嘛哈哈!

(敲碎鸡蛋可以拿两个鸡蛋对着撞,这样敲的比较均匀,也不会力气过大)

煮茶叶蛋因为我材料不全所以只好买现成的茶叶蛋卤包,加上生抽,老抽,盐和一点鸡粉调味。水没过鸡蛋把卤料都加进去就好啦~用soup键煮大概20分钟,最好再焖到自然放气,这样做出来的茶叶蛋立刻就可以吃!刚做出来就很入味的茶叶蛋真的很神奇哈哈。一次大概可以煮8-9个蛋(如果用锅煮鸡蛋的话可以多放几个)

这个是煮好了我立刻剥开的茶叶蛋哦,虽然稍微淡一点,但是已经算是入味的了。封存一天之后再吃会更香哦~吃之前连着卤汁煮一下。



炸鸡厨房6:电饭锅蛋糕

一顿没有甜点的饭是不完美的,所以要一锅行天下一定要能做甜点!

材料:白砂糖70g,低筋面粉100g,鸡蛋4个,牛奶50g,植物油50g,白醋或者柠檬汁几滴。

1)蛋清蛋黄分离,蛋清加入一个无水无油的碗中。蛋黄用蛋抽打散。
2)加入牛奶,打散;加入两勺白砂糖,打散;加入植物油,搅拌到水油混合的状态。
3)筛入低筋面粉,用刮刀翻拌均匀做成蛋黄糊。
4)蛋清加入柠檬汁或者白醋打发,中间把剩下的白糖分次加进去,打到硬性发泡(蛋白尖尖立起来)
5)蛋黄糊和蛋白糊混合,记得翻拌哦不然会消泡。(先把1/3蛋白糊加入蛋黄糊翻拌均匀之后再倒回蛋白糊这样比较容易搅匀)。这个时候可以预热电饭煲,锅底抹油锅边不能抹,不然蛋糕发不上来,点一下white rice键加热着就行。
6)把蛋糕糊倒入锅里,轻轻拎起来震一下消掉表面气泡,别太用力哦哈哈。
7)用煮饭键煮5分钟之后保温20分钟再按煮饭键煮,重复三次应该就能全熟,可以用牙签戳一下确认有没有熟。这个锅因为不会漏蒸汽所以跟别的电饭锅蛋糕比起来不需要上面盖湿抹布焖。

蹡蹡!是不是发的很高!做好的蛋糕用刮刀沿着周边划一圈然后晃一晃锅,蛋糕跟着动就可以倒扣脱模啦!

我这个是没有抹油的,也可以完美脱模哦!
我切开加了沙拉酱和肉松做成了肉松夹心蛋糕,蛋糕和肉松的搭配简直完美~
