【Fried Chicken Kitchen】Fried Chicken Favorite Bread Stuffing + Toast Makeover

This stuffing is super easy, just scoop out the cheese and stir it with a spoon to turn it into stuffing.

TOP2 is meat floss stuffing / mochi meat floss stuffing / mochi taro meat floss stuffing! Not much to say, meat floss + mayonnaise is a perfect match, plus mochi is the icing on the cake, plus taro is an advanced and advanced version! !

*How to make mochi: 70g of glutinous rice flour , 20g cornstarch, 120g milk, 30g sugar, 10g butter. After mixing, turn the microwave for two or three minutes, take it out and stir it with a spatula every minute, and you're done, it's super easy!

The next step is to make the bread and not finish it in a day or two, what should I do?

The first tip is to bake it in the oven before eating.

*The point here is that after baking, it needs to be frozen (not refrigerated but frozen), and spray a little water before baking in the oven, so that it will be crispy on the outside and soft on the inside like fresh. !


The second is bread pudding~

The method is super simple, just stir 2 eggs + 100ml milk + 100ml whipped cream + appropriate amount of sugar into egg milk liquid and pour it on the diced bread. You can choose a baking tray or a bowl for the container ~ I use the leftover pudding cups from COSTCO, and you can make multiple.

Bake it at 180 degrees for 20-30 minutes, my cup is so small, 20 minutes is enough

【炸鸡厨房】炸鸡最爱面包馅+吐司大变身

之前都讲过怎么做面包可以出膜烤出来软软的,今天聊一下面包馅TOP3和吃不完的吐司怎么处理~


TOP1是我最爱的奶酪味的!每次去面包店都要买蔓越莓乳酪的面包。后来发现啊,不用去买啊,COSTCO那个一大条的Cranberry Cinnamon Goat Cheese的味道和外面面包店卖的一模一样!

这个馅做法超级简单,就是奶酪挖出来用勺子稍微搅拌搅拌变成馅就可以了。

TOP2 就是肉松馅/麻薯肉松馅/麻薯芋头肉松馅的!这个不多说,肉松+蛋黄酱是绝配的了,再加上麻薯锦上添花,加上芋头就是高级进阶版!!

*麻薯的制作方法:糯米粉70g , 玉米淀粉20g,牛奶120g,糖30g,黄油10g。混合之后微波炉转两三分钟,每过一分钟拿出来用刮刀搅拌一下,就可以啦,巨简单!

接下来就是做好了面包一两天吃不完,怎么处理?

第一个小窍门是吃之前烤箱烤一下。

*这里的重点是,烤出来之后放凉后需要冷冻起来(不是冷藏是冷冻),放到烤箱烤之前喷一点水,这样烤出来就外脆内软跟新鲜的一样了!


第二个就是面包布丁啦~

做法超简单,就是2个鸡蛋+100ml牛奶+100ml淡奶油+适量白糖搅拌成蛋奶液,浇在面包丁上。容器可以自己选择烤盘或者碗~我用的是COSTCO吃剩下的布丁杯子,可以做好多个。

180度烤20-30分钟吧,我这个杯子这么小就烤了20分钟就够了
