看到大家不断的在收藏去年晒的清补凉,我就再来


更新下加芋圆的做法~~先上成品图,拌一拌先吃为敬😄





先说椰奶底吧~劈椰子🥥真的很折腾!有好的技巧的宝宝们请指点,取个椰子水和果肉能把我累半死,我没有技巧,只有蛮力!



一颗新鲜🥥取椰水和果肉放入料理机打碎,然后再加煮开过的罐头椰奶(椰奶煮的时候冰糖)甚至乎可以多劈几颗椰子就不用罐头椰奶了……个人觉得罐头椰奶更有奶香味~所以就习惯🥥➕椰奶!弄好就放入冰箱冷藏


接着就是各种煮各种切了~


一样的是家里依旧没有仙草冻~所以冲了冰粉粉

做芋圆关键就是木薯粉~



芋头蒸熟放拉链袋弄成泥~地瓜🍠同理~芋泥和木薯粉的比例大概在1:0.351:0.5之间~木薯粉越多就会越Q弹~芋泥不甜~还有100g糖粉~之后就是各种揉了~记住用巧劲!木薯粉分三次慢慢加~揉到不粘手就可以了~直接搓条用剪刀✂️剪出小粒粒~期间可以撒点木薯粉防止粘连。
