     Let's get going! Soak the red beans for a while in advance, and then cook them in a pressure cooker (this will be faster. If there is no pressure cooker, you can also cook with more water in the usual way)

零失败冰皮月饼

     中秋节少不了的就是月饼,中超要一个多小时,想吃冰皮月饼怎么办,自己做呀!上网查了查,看了看,马上就动起来!










   这是我在亚马逊买的冰皮月饼磨具,别问我买了多少钱,真心不记得了!但是应该也不贵!粉粉滴很可爱!磨具图片也是超级喜欢💕,可以满足家里的一家大小!



     咱们开动起来吧!红豆提前浸泡一会,然后放高压锅里面煮(这样会快点,没有高压锅的话,平常的过水多加点煮也是可以)



     红豆煮好之后,我有把多余的水过滤掉这样等会煮的时候会跟快点!红豆可以放料理机里面打碎(我喜欢吃有一颗一颗的,所以我只用勺子弄碎)



    弄碎的红豆直接放不粘锅里面开中火炒,我们就开始做红豆沙的路啦!加点油,糖的份量我觉得凭个人口味,这里我没有称多重的糖!因为每个人吃甜的程度不一样!大家可以自己掌握!等你炒到快好的时候,可以拿点试试,如果不够甜可以在加!炒好后放冰箱冷却!其实我前一晚就把红豆沙提前弄好,我觉得这样比较第二天的时间就节省很多!



  下面开始我们冰皮的皮


材料:牛奶180ml


玉米油20g


糯米粉50g


粘米粉40g


澄面粉20g

⚠️⚠️这里我没有用到炼奶,家里的用完了所以我用了没有炼奶的食谱!喜欢炼奶的朋友只要找个有炼奶的食谱,做法一样滴⚠️⚠️



将所有的材料全部倒进去,搅拌均匀!



过滤之后放在浅一点的盘子(这样蒸的比较快)上锅开始蒸咯!蒸大概15分钟左右



蒸的时候拿点糯米粉放锅里炒熟,这就是等会我们用的熟粉了(防粘用)



蒸好的冰皮用筷子全部弄起来,弄成一团的,稍微弄均匀一下,包起来放冰箱降温!



这个时候我们把红豆沙拿出来,每颗25g,提前弄好备用



冰皮冷却好,每个皮称30g!搓好之后用保鲜膜压扁,这样不容易粘手上!



把豆沙放进去,4⃣️角包上来,慢慢收边!圆不溜丢



包好的月饼放进熟粉里面裹一下,然后放进月饼磨具里面一压,达啦!我滴冰皮好啦
