[Cool Kitchen] Lazy Man's Recipe Episode 5

I'm glad I haven't updated my lazy cookbook series. Now come a wave of fast, convenient and nutritious lazy fast food.

【凉凉厨房】懒人食谱第五集

我好就没有更新我的懒人菜谱系列了。如今来一波快捷便利又有营养的懒人快餐吧。

今日就围绕着单身上班族如何每天晚上花费半小时时间准备好当天晚餐以及第二天要带公司的午餐吧。自打上班后,秉着一切从简的概念,不是周末不吃大餐的信念存活至今功劳全靠亚米的零食救济了我度过漫长的下午茶时间。

原本打算分开写来凑一波厨房小白话题晒单量的,但考虑已经是月末了,我再怎么追赶也不可能比得过其他人,所以就合在一起写好了。 




第一道菜:雪里红

这道菜简直速度快到不能再快了。为何这么说呢。直接超市买的一包速冻雪里红什锦就好啦。一包就两刀多,能炒一盘菜出来,一半当晚餐一半当第二天午餐。估计你们又说我偷懒了,但咱主题不就是懒人食谱嘛,不简单不快捷怎么配入此菜谱系列呢。

锅里淋点油,下菜,炒,撒点盐,炒,出锅。整个过程一气呵成。






第二道菜:没有名字,只想凸显出这个万能的腊肠罢了

亚超买的腊肠简直懒人必备食材,比起自己做要省时省力太多了。煮面可以放,炒菜可以放,炒饭也可以放,就连用电饭锅做煲仔饭更是必备首选。

这里我就跟Sam’s Club或者Costco都能买到的速冻什锦一起炒,一次放一包或两包,取决于食量大小哈。心情好配个蛋一起炒。荤素搭配,营养均衡。 

















第三道菜:雪豆炒腊肠

没错,你又看到了我这万能的腊肠了。雪豆去茎(不然吃起来边缘有一条硬硬的线一样的很难嚼的动)。搭配腊肠又是一道简单方便的家常菜。












第四道菜:茄子炒肉

***如果有哪位大厨能指点一下除了放很多油让茄子过油一遍之外如何能不让茄子变色的办法,实在不想吃太油的茄子***

颜色尝试了好几次都不能完美保留原本的紫色。切茄子我用的滚刀法。

肉的话就是猪肉,我切成条放淀粉还有老抽来保证口感和入味。腌制一会后下油锅翻炒半熟后出锅备用,再把茄子下锅翻炒半熟后加入猪肉一起炒。这期间我会掺水这样稀释肉上的淀粉成了水淀粉有稠汁,之后加入蚝油,盐等调料翻炒均匀出锅。












今日的懒人食谱就到此结束啦!每晚俩到三个菜都能完美的控制再半小时之内,让平日上了一天班劳累不想做饭的我可以得到很好的缓冲。

另外因为我买菜一次买一到两周的菜,加上我室友们也如此,所以室友那对小情侣就又买了一个冰箱放客厅了,这样不会因为公寓配置的冰箱太小没处安放食材 了。
