Pork Knuckle Noodles for One Person

I fork the first lead 掀狗盆    If I have a boyfriend, how much weight will he weigh

Yesterday's breakfast~~~~~    It’s been a long time since I had noodle in the morning   < /span>This soup is so delicious


 

 


This is what happened


Invite classmates to eat at home on weekends(Help eliminate refrigerator stock )   One of the dishes is going to be stewed pork trotters with soybeans span>


Because I don’t have a pressure cooker at home, I threw three large pig trotters in the slow cooker overnight    Only added water and cooking wine


In fact, it was already boiled that night👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻    I didn't expect it to shrink quite a lot hahaha     Drain and cut into small pieces


 

 


But this soup is too fragrant………    And since the pig's trotters were bigger and stiffer when they were thrown in, I started to add almost a full pot of water    So the soup is actually quite a lot


 

 


So I stole a bowl and planned to cook it the next morning   The rest is thrown back into the pot and soaked in soybeans👆🏻👆🏻👆🏻


 

 


I opened the lid yesterday morning to see that the soybeans were fully soaked    So add soy sauce and cook


 

 


And the soup I scooped out    Boiled a longevity noodle and threw it in


Fried another egg    0 span0But because I haven't fried eggs for too long, my hands are a bit raw and the yolk is broken... A lot of people say it looks so light    What I eat is the freshness of this bone broth! ! ! ! ! !

叉叉一人食之猪脚面线

我叉叉第一个带头掀狗盆    请问如果我有男朋友那么他体重会有多少斤


感觉不是那种吃不胖的瘦子都会被我喂很肥orz   还是算了吧


昨天的早餐~~~~~    好久没有早上吃面了   这个汤简直太太太香了


 

 


事情的经过是这样的


叫同学周末来家里吃饭(帮忙消灭冰箱存货)   其中一道菜准备做黄豆炖猪蹄


因为家里没有高压锅所以前天就把三个大猪蹄子扔慢炖锅扔了一晚上    只加了水和料酒


其实当晚就已经煮烂了👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻    没想到缩水还挺厉害哈哈哈     捞出来切小块


 

 


但是这个汤太香了………    而且由于猪蹄扔进去时比较大比较僵直所以开始加了几乎满锅水    所以汤其实蛮多的


 

 


于是我就偷了一碗出来打算第二天早上煮面吃   剩下的扔回锅里并且倒入了黄豆泡着👆🏻👆🏻👆🏻


 

 


昨天早上揭盖看黄豆已经完全泡发啦    于是加酱油接着煮


 

 


而我舀出的那碗汤    煮了一支长寿面扔了进去


再煎了个蛋    但是由于太久没煎蛋手有点生蛋黄破了点……好多人说看着好清淡    吃的就是这个骨汤的鲜啊！！！！！！


总之hin满足了


 

 



中午吃饭时候的黄豆炖猪蹄成品~   经过点拨下次想炖黄豆猪蹄汤!!!!
