温暖整个冬季的-香菇排骨粥




冬天的时候我最喜欢做的就是煲粥,虽然煲的不是很好。可是至少能温暖到我,让体寒的我不感觉那么冷。其中最爱喝的粥之一就是香菇排骨粥我煮粥都喜欢加进去一点糯米,增加口感。没试过的可以试试看。


准备材料:干香菇.排骨.大米.糯米...


提前准备部分我没有拍照,先说一下

干香菇提前一天泡发就好了.排骨也提前一天煮好,汤都留下,那是精华.

先把大米混和一点糯米洗干净,然后加水,水和米持平就好,在加入一点玉米油,浸泡半小时.期间把香菇切丝,排骨剁块,葱切了.然后把提前一天煮好的排骨汤倒入侵泡好的米里,大火加热,水滚后,顺时针方向搅拌5分钟。






然后加入切好的香菇,搅拌一下.



在把剁好的排骨加入进去,搅拌一下.然后盖上盖子等水煮沸后调成中小火.盖子稍微打开点,留个缝.



煮大概20来分钟就可以了.期间记得搅拌下.然后加入盐,咸淡看你自己口味,撒上葱花就完美出锅啦。颗粒饱满,入口香滑,还伴随着葱的清香,好吃的不得了。
