新的一年,让我们一起牛气冲冲冲天!!!!
新的一年,首先要祝大家新年快乐,万事如意呀~~~
新年的时候,大家吃过的饺子和火锅应该数不胜数吧!实不相瞒,新年的时候好多小伙伴来家里一起包饺子,我连着吃了四五顿的饺子,但是冰箱里还有一堆饺子和馄饨,实在是无从下口。
当当当,所以今天,我来教大家两招牛肉的吃法。
第一道,红烧牛肉面,牛肉软烂但不失嚼劲,汤底浓郁,但不失鲜香。寒冷的冬季里一大块牛肉配着一大口劲道的面条,再加一口浓郁的汤底,好不爽快!!!
第二道,就是和牛沙拉,过年吃肉吃多了我们也可以换换胃口帮肠胃减轻一下负担。和牛会比普通的牛肉口感更好,和牛所带的氨基酸也是可以帮助我们人体提供能量的。所以不用担心沙拉吃不饱的问题,这个沙拉不仅吃的饱还能带给你满满的能量,可以助你抵御寒风。
红烧牛肉面
所需材料:
牛肉 (一大块)
葱 (两根)
姜 (一小块)
料包 (一包)
酱油
老抽
料酒
蚝油
做法:
1. 牛肉洗净,不用切块,一整块直接放入锅中
2. 将洗干净的葱和姜直接放入锅中,不用切,一会儿炖完了方便找出来直接扔掉即可
3. 放料酒适量,酱油适量,老抽适量,蚝油适量,因为我不知道大家买的牛肉是多大的,所以这些适量的我无法给出估计值。
我买的牛腿肉大概在2.5-2.8磅,用了料酒两勺,酱油4-5勺,老抽3勺,蚝油3勺,全部放完之后可以腌到肉的底部1-2cm左右,我给出的量不会很咸,这样一会儿汤可以直接喝。
4. 放入大料包,倒水淹没肉。
5. 高压锅30分钟即可。
6. 煮面:另起一锅热水煮面,煮好的面过一遍凉水,这样得面会更爽口弹牙。
7. 我喜欢稍微有点辣辣的牛肉面,所以我将刚刚压过的牛肉取出,切块,小米椒切小段,配上少许的酱汁在锅里又煮了一遍。
8. 把带有牛肉和汤汁倒入碗中,完成!!
剩余还会有很多汤汁,不要扔了,我们可以卤鸡蛋,卤藕,卤豆腐皮等等,也是超级简单的,鸡蛋煮熟,去壳,扔进去;藕洗干净切片,扔进去;豆腐皮,扔进去。总之就是想卤什么都可以扔进去,然后再煮一锅香喷喷的米饭,浇在上面,别提多美味了!!!隔壁家的小孩真的能馋哭了。
和牛沙拉
所需材料:
黄油 (salt的那种)
和牛
日式和风芝麻沙拉酱
青菜
小番茄
鸡蛋
做法:
1起锅,放入一小块黄油
2黄油融化之后,放入和牛
3.煎牛肉的时候可以放入少许的盐和胡椒,不喜欢胡椒的朋友可以来一点牛角的酱汁,不用很多,很多的话会盖住牛肉的味道。煎完牛肉的锅不用洗,再来点黄油我们可以直接把鸡蛋煎了,这样鸡蛋也会格外的香!!
4.青菜小番茄洗净放在盘子的一遍,煎好的牛肉和鸡蛋摆好,撒上少许的沙拉酱。
5.完成!!!
还有多余的肉肉和青菜,我们可以直接摆在面包片上,延对角线切开,和牛三明治就做好了,是不是超级简单快手!!!
真的,会了这道高级装逼的沙拉,还去什么米其林餐厅, 我们人人都是大厨好嘛~~~
