Poisoning late at night - Mushroom Chicken Rice Noodles Practice









It was a sleepless night one day

I suddenly want to eat chicken rice noodles with mushrooms

Then get hungry


Ahem, here's a tutorial, no hassle at all!

Ingredients I used: six large drumsticks, a box of shiitake mushrooms, rice noodles, bean paste


1. Boil the rice noodles (because it is difficult to cook soft), or soak them the night before

2. Debone the chicken thighs and cut them into pieces, add salt, cooking wine, and cornstarch to mix well. Stew the chicken thighs in a pressure cooker stock (add more water) It's good to simmer for ten or twenty minutes)

3. Mushroom slices

4. Sauté onion, ginger and garlic until fragrant, then add chicken thighs and mushrooms and stir-fry until discolored

5. Add two tablespoons of bean paste, stir fry for a while, add water and cook until the juice is collected

6. Drain the rice noodles, pour in the stewed stock, add mushroom chicken and salt, mix well, and enjoy!  


The whole process doesn't take a lot of time, because the rice noodles and chicken thighs are cooked at the beginning, and the rice noodles and broth are ready later


Mushroom chicken can be made a little more, and bibimbap is also great!

深夜放毒—香菇鸡米线做法









这是某一天失眠的晚上

我突然想吃香菇鸡米线

然后开始饿了……


咳咳,下面是教程,完全不麻烦!

我用的材料:六个大鸡腿、一盒香菇、米线、豆瓣酱


1. 米线煮上(因为很难煮软),或者前一晚泡好

2. 鸡腿去骨切块,加盐、料酒、生粉抓匀,鸡腿骨用高压锅炖高汤(多加水大火炖十几二十分钟就好了)

3. 香菇切片

4. 葱姜蒜爆香,然后倒入鸡腿肉和香菇翻炒至变色

5. 加入两大勺豆瓣酱翻炒一会,加水煮至收汁

6. 捞出米线,倒入炖的高汤,加入香菇鸡和盐拌匀,开吃! 


整个过程不会很费时间,因为在一开始就煮了米线和鸡腿骨,等到后面都做好米线和高汤也准备好了


香菇鸡可以多做一点,拌饭吃也很棒!
