# 燃烧卡路里大作战 # 【滴,打卡第三天】 ~控制每天的热量摄取怎么能少的了寿司呢! 这两都是我很爱吃的,不过市面上有没有卖我就不知道了哟,因为这是我家店里的某人给弄出来的,不过图一没有卖,只是自己吃,图二倒是有卖,不过太忙的时候就不卖,因为是条很麻烦的卷😅 ~一个不小心废话说了那么多,还是介绍一下吧,图一就是薯片打底,上面是烤的微微焦+香料的三文鱼皮,是的,没看错,就是鱼皮!要知道我吃鱼是从来不吃皮的,除了这个头盘😀好吃是可以打包票的呢!最后装盘的时候再把各色鱼卵铺上,好看又好吃呀! ~图二就真的吃过的都爱吃,吃进嘴里是又鲜又微辣的感觉,当时给起名字的时候可是想破脑袋,脑细胞都不知道死了多少,最后才敲定了‘ Off the hook'这个名字!这条卷内里是拌好的蟹条跟奶油果,外面是white tuna抹上日式美乃滋用火烤,再铺上墨西哥辣椒片,最后淋上特制sauce,那个滋味简直完美!!!让我这个孕妇差点就把自己的舌头都给吞下去了!😂 ~以上两道个人还是觉得热量很低但是味道一级棒可以在控制热量的同时又可以享受美食! ps:突然觉得自己好任性呀!🙉🙉
