第一次接觸苦蕎茶就很喜歡那種炒熟麥香的味道,後來得知苦蕎茶的好處之後更加喜愛。亞米上有賣的這款家鄉味的苦蕎茶品質不錯,價錢也很合理,已經回購幾次了。今天也跟有興趣選購的朋友介紹一下這個牌子。





苦蕎茶雖名為茶,卻不是傳統意義的茶,嚴格來說是炒米茶,是採用篩選的苦蕎麥種子,經過烘烤工序加工而成。本身不帶咖啡因,晚上可以喝,味道類似於日本的玄米茶,卻少了那種油膩的感覺。營養豐富,具有清熱解毒,助消化,降血脂,減肥跟美容的功效。這款苦蕎茶是屬於一般的種類,而不是黑苦蕎,聽說黑苦蕎營養價值更高,但是目前還沒有在美國找到。



 



平常都是用玻璃杯或陶瓷杯,上班的日子更會用保溫杯,加滾水泡3-5分鐘即可品嘗,其獨特清香味並不苦,第一泡沖完,可沖第二、第三泡,而到了後面杯底的苦蕎麥泡軟之後也可以直接吃。



 


苦蕎茶一沖水就會釋放濃濃麥香味,茶水色帶淺黃。沖到第三次的時候顏色會稍微變淺,但是蕎麥味就開始散去。這個時候就差不多不能再沖了。


 




 



泡開的苦蕎軟軟糯糯的,有點像糙米,完全可以進食。

苦蕎中含有黃酮類物質,其主要成分為蘆丁。蘆丁含量佔總黃酮的7090%,蘆丁又名芸香甙、維生素P,具有降低毛細血管脆性,改善微循環的作用,在臨床上主要用於糖尿病、高血壓的輔助治療。而蘆丁在其它穀物中幾乎沒有。而且還含有19種氨基酸、9種脂肪酸、膳食纖維、葉綠素、粗蛋白以及微量元素,最重要的是不含糖和膽固醇,它的營養價值是小麥、玉米、大米、大豆和肉類等普通食物都比不上的。




注意⚠️事項


~苦蕎茶本身有助消化,不建議空肚子喝,不然會出現腹瀉問題。

~血糖低的人士也不建議多喝。


我每次都會買5包左右囤貨,平均一個月喝三到四包。苦蕎不要天天喝,可以隔天喝一次,因為帶清腸功能,多喝不易。
