Start making claypot rice!

从食材到锅具,亚米大大全包了

昨天村儿用上了在亚米上新买的锅,打算用它做一锅煲仔饭!除了锅具,腊肉还有甜酱油都在亚米上购入,对于生活在村里的村儿,有了亚米真是太方便了。


这个锅不但颜值高,不粘涂层也很棒,全程加热还非常快。




推荐皇上皇腊肠,正宗广式风味,就是常缺货,有货的时候多囤一些,价格比华人超市便宜许多。



这款煲仔饭甜酱油,懒人必备,有了它我就不自己调味啦!




开始做煲仔饭吧!

首先,将米浸泡两小时以上,倒入锅子,手指碰触米,加入没过一个指节的水;





开火,加热飞快,大约5分钟米饭就成型啦!




随即倒入切好的腊肠,泡发的香菇以及胡萝卜,盖上盖子,调成小火,焖五分钟;




打开盖子,看看锅内状况,如果觉得有点干可以加入一些之前泡香菇的水,接着中间挖个洞,打一个蛋🥚,撒上蒜;




等到蛋凝固了就可以关火啦,大约三分钟,撒上葱花,倒入甜酱油,煲仔饭就出锅啦!




这个锅子很轻,我就直接端着锅子上桌吃咯!吃前搅拌搅拌,锅底有锅巴,却不粘锅!是不是超级棒!









每次做煲仔饭,都能吃两碗……好锅在手,想吃随时做都没负担喔!🤗
