夏天到了，当然到了吃凉皮的季节了！
饭店的凉皮不够好吃不够正宗怎么办？！

凉皮是自己和面洗面沉淀然后一张一张烫出来的，洗面后的面筋加酵母蒸一下！这样就有了凉皮和面筋了，配上黄瓜调好汤汁，最后灵魂来了！六婆油泼辣子！！一定要加！！

肉夹馍要简单很多，烙饼炖肉，香气扑鼻！
夏天吃上一碗凉皮配肉夹馍，实在是太美好了！但前期准备也的确是辛苦些，不过很值啦！
