三食三餐之冰花锅贴
今天中午吃快手午餐，做个锅贴，15分钟之内完成。
起锅倒入油，码入饺子，最好是日式底部是平底的那种。
大火1分钟，等底部变金黄转小火，加入50ml水，盖上锅盖，闷12分钟。
12分钟后打开锅盖，转中火；
另外在一口小碗中倒入少量玉米淀粉，加水搅匀，“勾芡”；等水分全部蒸发完就可以了。饺子边上的冰花就可以形成啦。
