在sprouts买的有机猪肋排
回来焯水 加料酒生姜五香粉煮至酥烂
炒糖色 下排骨 放生抽 料酒 镇江香醋炖煮入味
最后加盐 白芝麻出锅
别忘了炒个青菜 配上米饭🍚
