After eating the spicy crayfish-flavored Lay's, I think that the grilled eel is also quite interesting!
When the bag was just torn open, in addition to the salty and sweet sauce of the grilled eel, there was a distinct fishy (?) smell of fish meat, which was not fishy, but had the unique taste of eel. There is also a slight onion fragrance
The sauce will be saltier and less sweet than the eel rice sauce you are used to eating. I think it would be cool to emulate the fishy taste of eel in chips!

吃过香辣小龙虾味的乐事以后觉得蒲烧鳗鱼也蛮有趣的哎！
袋子刚撕开的时候除了蒲烧鳗鱼的那种酱汁的咸甜味以外还有股挺明显的鱼肉的腥（？）味，也算不上腥，但是有鳗鱼的那种独特的味道。还有股淡淡的葱香味
酱汁比起吃习惯了的鳗鱼饭酱汁会更咸一点，甜味会比较淡。我觉得能把鳗鱼的鱼味模拟在薯片里还挺妙的！
