In order to clear the leftover bell peppers and carrots in the refrigerator, I want to make it as healthy as possible and low in calories. Today, I opened my mind and made black bean noodles with Japanese miso paste. It can be said to be very Asian-inspired, but it is unexpectedly delicious.
The miso sauce itself has a very unique taste, and it is very flavorful when it is put into the noodles. If you like to eat dry, just use miso sauce directly. If you like soup noodles, you can add some bone broth.
I especially like Aldi's black bean noodles. It has no beany taste and is very chewy. The most important thing is that the protein content of 2 oz is as high as 25 grams, and the carbs are less than half of ordinary noodles. I recommended it a long time ago.
