In fact, this should be my first time eating Meixin Liuxin mooncakes. I made them myself last year.
The stuffing heart is actually the filling of the well-known quicksand bag, the combination of custard ➕ salted egg yolk.
The mooncake skin I made last year was a cookie-like crust, a little crispy, and far from the body, it was a soft and tender type that was closer to Cantonese-style mooncakes. (To be honest, it may be a bit sticky to the teeth)
You can take a flowy look without heating the photo! Microwave around 5s for better effect! (Some people have also reported that they will cake after microwave, but I haven't tried it!)
Perfect with a cup of tea or coffee!

其实这应该算是我真正意义上第一次吃美心流心月饼呢,去年一次是自己做的。
馅心其实就是大家比较熟知的流沙包的内馅,奶黄➕咸蛋黄的组合。
去年自己做的月饼皮是类似曲奇的外壳,有一点酥脆的,远离本体是更接近广式月饼的软嫩的类型。(说实话吃起来可能会有点粘牙)
不用加热照片也能拍出流心的样子呢!微波炉5s左右效果更佳!(也有人反馈说微波以后反而会结块,我没试过!)
配上一杯茶或者咖啡刚好!
