等亚米的新奥尔良烤翅腌料等到天荒地老了,还是没货朋友给了两包国内带来的料,赶紧做起来~




长这个样子滴~因为有小孩子所以是不辣的,虽然我爱吃辣的,哈哈!一包粉大概可以腌一公斤的鸡翅,需要提前一晚腌,所以昨晚我就开始准备啦!





超市买了一盒鸡翅和翅根混个的,大概两磅多,正好整整一袋粉全部倒进来,然后就戴上手套抓啊抓啊抓,抓到粉末全部融化并均匀包裹在每个鸡翅上,充分入味。





抓了几分钟后大概是这个样子滴,颜色非常鲜亮,我没有加任何滤镜,然后就盖上保鲜膜放入冰箱冷藏一晚,等待明天进烤箱啦!





第二天,也就是今天,我把腌好的鸡翅从冰箱拿出来,稍微回温一会,然后再根据包装背面的说明预热烤箱,此处为摄氏温度180-200度,换算成华氏温度我预热到380度。
