Many of my friends have studied and paid attention to eating in the process of losing weight. But I am an irresistible eater 😂😂.
You can't do it, you can't eat it, you can't eat it.
Just eat less..
Breakfast. Made sandwiches today with my new toaster 🥪.
This sandwich machine must be recommended! !
Then I try to choose whole wheat bread. Relatively speaking, the calories will be lower haha.
Add two slices of ham and an egg 🥚. To accompany a cup of coffee ☕. Perfect!
I can't quit coffee either. So try to drink as little as possible.
The added milk is also low-fat and low-sugar.
Or drink black coffee occasionally.
If you can't do it completely, then you can only work hard on selection.

很多小伙伴们在瘦身的过程里对吃特别有研究和讲究.偏偏我是一个对吃这方面又无法抗拒的😂😂.
根本做不不到这不能吃那不能吃.
只能做到少吃一些些..
早餐.今天用新买的烤面包机做了三明治🥪.
这个三明治机器一定要推荐!!
那么我就尽量选择全麦面包.相对来说卡路里会低一些哈哈.
再加两片ham跟一个鸡蛋🥚.陪一杯咖啡☕.完美!
咖啡我也是戒不了的.那么就尽量少喝.
加的奶也是选择低脂少糖的.
要么就偶尔喝黑咖啡.
做不到完全忌口.那就只能在选择方面下功夫啦
