用多点的油煸香葱白和蒜蓉和洋葱末，加一点豆瓣酱，辣椒面，蚝油和酱油，一点糖和白胡椒粉，出锅以后可以加一丢丢芝麻油
猪脑洗干净把这个做好的酱码在猪脑上（我在底下还码了层土豆片！）烤箱预热380F还是390F（我忘了…）放中层烤35-40min，出烤箱撒香葱末and香菜末🌿
