Stir-fried Chicken Gizzards with Onions ^_^

The last two days of the Million Points Event, hurry up!


I have been craving for chicken gizzards recently. I have made it twice and found that stir-frying onions is very simple and delicious. Record it!


The first step: cut chicken gizzards, that is, cut them horizontally and vertically, just don't break them. Boiled. Put ginger slices and a little cooking wine in the water, don't scald for too long, and take it out when it changes color.


 



Cooking wine My family has always used the giant dragon cooking wine bought by Yami. It has no peculiar smell and is very good for removing fishy smell.


 



Cut the onion as you like, you don't have to be so particular about it haha.



 




Step 2:

Sichuan pepper, star anise, ginger slices, chili soy pot, my house just ran out of dried chili, so I didn't put chili 🌶️, more on that later.



 




Then stir-fry the chicken gizzards, stir-fry for a while, add onions, salt and chili sauce, because the chicken gizzards are not spicy, it is not fragrant, so I put some Lee Kum Kee's Garlic chili sauce, stir fry over high heat.

Do not cook the chicken gizzards for too long as this dish will become hard.

洋葱爆炒鸡胗^_^

百万积分活动最后两天,赶紧晒起来!


最近馋鸡胗了,做了两次,发现爆炒洋葱很简单好吃,记录一下!


第一步:鸡胗切花,就是横着切完竖着切,别断就行。开水烫熟。水中放姜片和少许料酒,不要烫太久,变色就捞出来。


 



料酒我家一直用亚米买的巨龙料酒,没异味,去腥味很好。


 



洋葱随便切切就好,就不用那么讲究了哈哈。



 




第二步:

花椒、八角、姜片、辣椒炝锅,我家刚好干辣椒用完了,就没放辣椒🌶️,后面再说。



 




接着爆炒鸡胗,翻炒一会儿放洋葱、盐和辣椒酱,因为鸡胗没辣味实在不香,我就放了些李锦记的蒜蓉辣酱,大火翻炒出锅。

Ta-da!卖相还行。


也算是比较快手的一道菜,而且很下饭,老公又吃多米饭了😂……


这道菜切忌鸡胗烫、炒太久,口感会硬。
