大家中秋節除了吃月餅、烤肉你們都在幹麻呢?推薦大家一個露營旅遊的好地方。

記得上次去發現了一個人造沙灘有好多跟蜆(路吃的我不知道正確的位置)在那裡小孩撿貝殼、玩水玩了好久,小孩玩的好開心,大人也開心。❤️

蜆,就是一般我們很常見到的蜊仔,是種滿常見的食材,但大家都不知道,其實我們常吃的蜊仔是一種非常營養的食材!
